Job Title: Account Executive - SME to Mid Corporate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with premiums ranging from SME to Mid Corporate. Your primary objective will be to maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow your book of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and promote business growth.
  • Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of your role, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and insurers.
  • Meet and exceed growth targets through proactive business development and relationship management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient processing of client requests.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial insurance.
  • Demonstrable growth of book of business and strong client retention skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory processes.
