Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Turbine Controls Ltd, a leading provider of innovative control solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote Preparation: Develop and prepare technical and commercial quotes and tenders for TCL products and services.
  • Tender Discussions: Engage in technical and commercial discussions with clients during the tender phase.
  • Order Handover: Ensure seamless handover of sales orders to the Projects Department.
  • Product Development: Assist with product development and research and development initiatives.
  • Client Visits: Conduct visits to clients during the tendering phase to build relationships and understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical engineering role, such as design or project management.
  • Tendering/Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a tendering or sales role.
  • Industrial Control Systems: Experience with industrial control systems, PLC/SCADA.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Power Gen or Oil and Gas industry.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Practical Experience: Strong practical engineering background with experience in a Gas or Steam turbine environment, either office or site-based.
