ATK Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Consultant to join our team. As a Fire Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) reports for a diverse portfolio of building archetypes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough fire risk assessments for various building types, including listed/graded heritage buildings, commercial offices, retail premises, and residential properties.
  • Develop and implement effective fire safety management plans, fire safety audits, occupancy calculations, and reviews.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on a reactive basis, offering high-quality consultancy services.
  • Manage your own diary and clients, working remotely from home with flexibility to use public transport.
Requirements:
  • Fire Safety Degree (BSc) or equivalent qualification.
  • CFPA Diploma - Level 4/5 Diploma in Fire Safety.
  • Proven experience in assessment/survey work across a diverse portfolio of building archetypes.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations, including the Building Safety Act.
