About the Role

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of our clients' products in-store, working closely with retailers to create engaging displays and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Ensure products are stocked and replenished in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with company tablets.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.
