About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized District Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Redruth area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill coverage gaps across a defined district, visiting multiple retail outlets to fulfill district and regional targets.
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Work within retail outlets, maintaining high standards of merchandising and customer service.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car that can be used for business purposes.
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
