About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Redruth area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of leading household name brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Implement planograms to maintain consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues and provide accurate feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
