We currently have an opening for a Bank Staff Member in our Estates Department for a Versatile Maintenance Technician serving the NHSH Area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upkeep and repair of building services, machinery, and equipment, all of which play a crucial role in delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Qualifications:

  • A background in electrical work is essential, although some training will be provided.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
  • Applicants must possess a recognized electrical qualification as specified in the job description.
  • Experience with heating systems, boiler operations, pumps, and ventilation systems in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-driven and comfortable with remote work.
  • A flexible work approach is necessary, as adjustments to the standard working week may be required to provide shift coverage, including participation in the 1:4 on-call rota.
