**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems or hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including equipment maintenance schedules and repair history.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and other employees to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
