Job Title: Trainee Telesales Executive

Join First Base as a Trainee Telesales Executive and embark on a dynamic career journey in sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and webchat to provide quotes, process orders, and conduct product research.
  • Visit customers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and perform sales analysis to contribute to the development of the UK construction machinery market.
  • Utilize CRM to track and report on weekly KPIs, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment with strong team collaboration skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
