Bank Domestic Assistant

The Hospital Services Department at Western Isles Hospital has vacancies for Bank Domestics at various locations, including Western Isles Hospital, North Lochs Medical Practice, North Harris Medical Practice, and Habost Clinic, Ness.
As a Bank Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties, as per the National Cleaning Services Specification and the National Laundry/Linen Specification.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
We are looking for individuals who are able to work flexibly and have good communication skills. The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full-time employment or up to six months for part-time workers.
The postholder will be required to register with the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme. This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
