Drongan Centre is a key location for NHS Scotland, and we are seeking a skilled Domestic Services Assistant to support our Clinical Services throughout Ayrshire and Arran.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide a wide and varied range of Domestic Services, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. This will involve working in line with NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification and meeting Healthcare Environment Inspectorate Standards.
Requirements:
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within a healthcare setting would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in and undertaking training in Safe Systems of Work/Work Schedules, Departmental Risk Assessments, Codes of Practice/Infection Control Guidelines, and other relevant areas.
