As a Developing Specialist OT at Words First Ltd, you will design and deliver individualized occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of children across various educational settings, including mainstream primary and secondary schools, as well as specialist provisions. Your role will encompass universal, targeted, and specialist levels of intervention.

You will be based in schools, supporting between 1 and 5 schools within a reasonable commuting distance from your location.

We place great emphasis on supervision and mentorship. You will have access to highly skilled professionals who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in report writing
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paediatric OT, preferably in a school setting
  • Interest in developing expertise within a specific area of practice
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Full HCPC registration or in the process of registration
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Check
