Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of operational and enterprise risk management strategies in Europe
- Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure effective Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Insurance Risk Management, Records Management, Privacy, and Business Continuity processes
- Conduct thorough due diligence on third-party vendors, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk monitoring, and efficiency of monitoring systems
- Contribute to the creation, documentation, and review of the risk management framework and policies in Europe
- Work closely with the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team and business management to identify and evaluate operational business risks and trends, and develop processes to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and protect the business' reputation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management or a similar function within the institutional asset management business or consulting firm
- A self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
