Admissions Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Team Leader to join our team at a prestigious education facility in Surrey. As the main point of contact for prospective parents based internationally, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the entire admissions process, from initial enquiries to registration and eventual enrolment of international students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of the admissions process, including the efficient management of enquiries and the fulfilment of information requests.
  • Arrange school tours and zoom calls for prospective parents and pupils.
  • Work closely with the Director of Communications and Marketing to organise open days and other admissions events.
  • Issue formal offer letters and liaise with the Bursary regarding fees and payments.
  • Produce regular reports on applicants and numbers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pupil data on iSAMS and Open Apply.
  • Attend and support Parent Information Events and other relevant events.
Person Specification:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an admissions role.
  • Proficient in managing databases and online registration processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
