  • Office Management: Support the office management team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Line Management: Supervise and develop the skills of the HR Administrator.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including anti-bribery and environmental management standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
