Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to senior Operations leaders, driving business outcomes through talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Associate Engagement: Develop and implement associate engagement programs, monitor feedback, and drive effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs.
  2. Labor Relations: Manage labor relations, complex cases, and legislative shifts into HR policy and practices.
  3. Talent Management: Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through a strong understanding of talent fit into the business strategy and talent development.
  4. Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate with management to build and execute recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
  5. Talent Review and Succession Planning: Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with management.
  6. Process Improvement: Draw insights from data to improve processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment across the business.
  7. HR Projects and Change Management: Manage and deploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology.
