Senior HR Business Partner

At ENGINEERINGUK, we're committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our HR strategy, leveraging your expertise to advise senior Operations leaders and develop business-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Associate Engagement: Design and implement programs to boost associate satisfaction, retention, and reward initiatives, while monitoring feedback to inform effective employee relations.
  2. Labor Relations: Manage complex cases with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of legislative shifts into HR policies and practices.
  3. Talent Management: Create people-centric plans to meet business demands, leveraging your understanding of talent's role in our business strategy and talent development.
  4. Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with management to build and execute recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
  5. Talent Review and Succession Planning: Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with management.
  6. Process Improvement: Draw insights from data to enhance processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment across the business.
  7. HR Project Management: Lead complex HR projects and change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology to support stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
  3. Knowledge of external practices, trends, and tools used in HR.
  4. Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
  5. Fluent command of English, in both written and verbal form.
  6. Advanced knowledge of local labor law.
  7. Ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. A Master's degree or MBA in an HR-related field.
  2. Experience as a people leader, with a focus on hiring and developing top talent.
  3. Intellectual curiosity to bring new insights to the business, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  4. Ability to work independently, as an active member of both business and HR teams.
  5. Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
