About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team at CHAMP Cargosystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for specifying software development requirements to meet the strategic, financial, and operational needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Software Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test software solutions that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Project Management: Lead projects from inception to go-live, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, and development teams.
  • Knowledge Management: Document and share knowledge with the team, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned are captured and applied.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the Air Cargo domain, with a strong understanding of air cargo management systems.
  • Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of the Air Cargo workflow, including sales and operations.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
