Job Title: Rotary Administrative Assistant

At StandardAero, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Rotary Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Programme Team, you will provide administrative support to our Programme Director and contribute to the success of our business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and minute meetings as required
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings and meeting rooms
  • Carry out reception duties for external visitors, including contractors
  • Work with building Wardens to carry out delegated duties
  • Coordinate with facilities department for Hangar Maintenance
  • Carry out postal duties around the business unit
  • Maintain workforce list and lease with Human Resources to ensure Navixa accuracy
  • Facilitate mass email notifications
  • Work with Occupational health to ensure Appointments are attended (If new provider allows)
  • Facilitate hospitality requirements for customer and VIP Visits
  • Carry out purchase request raising for BU
  • Prepare reports/Briefs when required for Rotary Leadership team
  • Ensure Office consumables are stocked and available
  • Coordinate BU Wide activities as required
  • Carry out Continuous Improvement projects
  • Other duties as the need arises and as directed by Line Management
Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to instruction
  • Manage internal and external customers
  • Manage own workload
  • Demonstrably high level of knowledge of Software Applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SmartSheet
  • Capable of receiving UK SC level Clearance
  • Reliability and Dependability through a strong sense of duty
Organisational Relationships:
  • Reports to the Programme Director within the Rotary Leadership Team
  • Will be required to build relationships with all levels in the BU and above
Professional Qualifications/Education and Training:
  • Essential None
  • Desirable MS Office application qualifications
Experience:
  • Experience of similar Role in a busy Aeronautical environment
