As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Specialist at INDEFF, your primary responsibilities will include the initial assessment, solution architecture, on-site implementation, and technical assistance for MES projects. Your role will also encompass system oversight, troubleshooting, issue resolution, development, and change management. This position necessitates robust project management capabilities and effective collaboration with clients, alongside a global support team. Typically, junior engineers will operate under the mentorship of senior colleagues.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the MES Specialist role possesses:
- a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Integrated Manufacturing disciplines
- at least 2 years of experience in the Industrial Automation or Information Technology sectors
- familiarity with a technical design and delivery setting
- proficiency in programming languages and tools such as C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, as well as Microsoft SQL and Reporting Services
- experience with Wonderware or comparable MES software solutions
- a strong eagerness to learn and willingness to travel
