Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations team with administrative functions, primarily focusing on managing a high volume of incoming mail, scanning documents, and preparing client correspondence.
- Update our systems with correspondence information, ensuring that Client Executives are informed about incoming mail and the status of client cases.
- Support Client Executives by contacting providers for updates on ongoing client matters.
- Provide coverage and assistance to the Front of House team, including reception duties and client meetings as needed.
- Proven experience working collaboratively within a team and a commitment to supporting colleagues.
- Exceptional client service standards.
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of managing time efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
