We are in search of a dynamic and inspiring Assistant Boutique Manager to significantly contribute to the team's success by assisting the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our Sales Advisors to meet sales, customer service, and operational objectives.

Creativity is at the heart of our operations. From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting memorable wedding consultations, you will help create lasting memories. Our in-store events, ranging from floral crown workshops to chocolate tastings and cocktail masterclasses, are highly regarded. As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will enhance these events and drive their success while ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Qualifications

You will possess:

  • Demonstrated retail experience at a supervisory level, preferably in the beauty sector
  • The capability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience in planning and executing in-store events
  • A background in coaching and mentoring others to achieve their best
  • A strong drive to meet sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Flexible availability across various days and hours to support a healthy work-life balance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of eligibility to live and work in the country
