Position Overview

  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for facilities that align with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Oversee operations of facilities across the EMEA region, ensuring maintenance, repairs, and security are effectively managed.
  • Supervise a team of facilities personnel, offering guidance and performance assessments.
  • Engage with external contractors for effective project oversight.
  • Employ digital design systems and computer-aided facilities management tools.
  • Support data gathering, sustainability efforts, and financial oversight.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management and Engineering/Architectural roles.
  • Familiarity with building operations, maintenance protocols, and financial management principles.
  • Preferred experience in sustainability initiatives and architectural design.

Competencies

  • Strong project management and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and architectural drafting.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
