Solirius Consulting is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team and Account Managers in the development of winning written proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of commercial opportunities to internal teams and support them in the development of winning written proposals.
  • Set standards and take responsibility for crafting accurate, high-quality, professional, impactful, and successful bid responses.
  • Ensure consistency of style and quality across responses.
  • Write content, summarize, shorten, and enhance bid responses.
  • Track bids in progress, outlining potential risks and benefits, as well as outcomes, collate feedback, and provide points for improvement.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel) and Google Suites.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
