Job Title: Head English

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our learning and development initiatives as the Head of Learning and Development. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing our curriculum framework, session structure, and content, ensuring alignment with our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum framework that incorporates best practices and relevant research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, learning experts, and software engineers, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Articulate the science behind our methodology to various stakeholders, including children, parents, partners, and the broader audience.
  • Lead the development of immersive and game-based learning experiences that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including educational materials, assessments, and evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD in Education or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in curriculum and learning design, educational program development, and content creation.
  • Strong passion for children's education, particularly in soft skills and mental models.
  • Familiarity with immersive and game-based learning experiences.
