Key Responsibilities:- Customer-Facing Representative: Act as the primary point of contact for all current and prospective residents, providing an exemplary experience from initial inquiry through move-in and during residency.
- Occupancy and Revenue Management: Collaborate with the team to optimize neighborhood occupancy and maintain properties to a high standard for viewing, achieving set targets for occupancy, revenue, and Net Promoter Scores.
- Resident Contracting and Compliance: Manage resident contracting, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation, and oversee applicant checks, screening, and commercial risk management.
- Property Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and report maintenance issues, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Move-Out Process and Resident Experience: Manage the move-out process, including deposit release, and participate in events to enhance resident experiences.
- Experience: Prior letting/property management experience and a strong customer service background.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engagement with various stakeholders, proactive problem-solving attitude, adaptable, resilient, and able to manage pressure, and strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-related systems like Yardi/RentCafe.
