Senior Business Analyst Lead

A prominent player in the financial and legal services sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Lead to spearhead their technology team expansion. With a remarkable track record of consistent growth, this organization is poised to enhance its operational capabilities.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all processes are meticulously defined and effectively communicated to key stakeholders, thereby facilitating seamless collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive expertise in Business Analysis within IT settings, particularly advantageous if experienced in fintech or insurance sectors.
  • Gathering requirements and collaborating closely with Product, Software, and UX teams, as well as stakeholders and clients, to clarify and decompose project needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to outline business processes and mentor the Business Analyst team on technical analysis, industry best practices, and cross-functional skill enhancement.
  • Leadership experience is essential, as you will be the senior-most Business Analyst in a team of six.
