About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst Lead to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a Senior Business Analyst Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis efforts to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, software, and UX teams, to understand and break down requirements
  • Develop and maintain business processes and coach the BA team on technical analysis, best practices, and cross-functional upskilling
  • Provide senior leadership and guidance to the BA team

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial awareness and in-depth knowledge of business analysis in IT environments
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and collaboration with stakeholders and customers
  • Senior/leadership experience, with a track record of success in leading business analysis teams
