About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our innovative and proactive Band 5 rotational scheme team. As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work across four sites of the H.S. component of the UHB Foundation Trust, rotating through different clinical specialties in the acute and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional assessments of patients and develop treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility.
  • Work under the supervision of mentors to develop your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a 7-day working rota and participate in on-call physiotherapy services.
  • Participate in evidence-based audit and research projects to support clinical practice and team development.
Person Specification

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who has:

  • A Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Good standard of general education, including GCSE maths and English grade C and above.
  • Experience in respiratory, stroke and neurology, musculo-skeletal conditions, and older people.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload, delegate work to assistants and students, and cope with a range of options and situations.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing expertise within Physiotherapy and a professional attitude.
