Job Opportunity: Call Centre Sales Manager

Location: London (Smart working 60/40 - office/home)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to lead our sales team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales processes, and building strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales advisors and drive sales across acquisition, renewals, and retention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tools to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and contribute to individual sales targets.

  • Proven experience leading a sales team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
