Job Title: Call Centre Sales Manager

Location: Remote (Flexible working arrangement)

Salary: £45,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Call Centre team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales processes, and building strong relationships across the business to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of sales advisors and drive sales performance across acquisition, renewals, and retention.
  • Sales Process Development: Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships across the business to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Management: Lead by example and contribute to individual sales targets, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a sales team in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales-related tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the telecoms/broadband consumer market is highly desirable.
