Job Title: Call Centre Sales Manager

Location: Remote (Flexible working arrangement)

Salary: £45,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Call Centre team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales advisors and drive sales performance across acquisition, renewals, and retention.
  • Sales Process Development: Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Individual Performance: Lead by example and contribute to individual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a sales team in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the telecoms/broadband consumer market is a plus.
