We are seeking an experienced Paediatrician to join our team as an Associate Specialist Community Paediatrician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative service, providing high-quality care to children with neurological and developmental issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in or contribute to the assessment and management of children with developmental delay and disability.
  • Work within the Violet pathway to assess children with neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Contribute to holistic multidisciplinary and multiagency management plans.
  • Provide medical advice as part of the EHC assessment process.
  • Work with clinical colleagues, medical secretaries, administrators, and managers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Full GMC qualifications.
  • Experience of working in a community setting, preferably in paediatrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands.
