Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skill set and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive thorough training and clinical guidance to develop your expertise in various complex care areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. Our mission is to support individuals of all ages in their homes and communities, addressing needs related to spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex conditions. Each day presents unique challenges, ensuring that your role is both dynamic and rewarding.

As part of your training, you will initially work in a Nursing Home setting, where you will gain essential competencies before transitioning to community care.

Requirements

What You Will Need

Prior experience in health and social care is essential, along with a strong sense of compassion and resilience. You must be registered with Social Care Wales and complete an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
