About the Role:

Ambassador Regency Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Lead Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all non-site specific inquiries generated by marketing activity, from our website, social media, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-mine our CRM system to identify inactive/warm leads from past inquiries and convert them into active leads/appointments for allocation to the appropriate geographically based Sales Advisor.
  • Qualify and convert all hot leads to viewings received from the website, marketing activity, social media, etc., and distribute them to geographically appropriate Sales Advisors.
  • Enter the detail of all discussions with customers onto the CRM system, ensuring that Sales Advisors have all essential and non-essential data recorded to establish a relationship with the customer and generate a sale.
  • Follow up all inquiries with a telephone call and/or e-mailed acknowledgement and manage leads for the entirety of their lifespan, keeping customers and Sales Advisors up to date during every part of the sales/enquiry process.
  • Establish rapport and relationships quickly to maximize viewings.
  • Enter accurate data onto the CRM system in a way that enables the Sales Advisor to maximize on an established relationship.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for sales purposes.
  • Ability to maximize on buying signals.
