Sales and Reporting Specialist

About the Role:
The Sales Administrator at AllPoints Fibre will provide exceptional sales support, reporting, and administration for an ever-growing sales function. This role involves driving efficiency by designing and generating detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations that summarize key insights, trends, and performance metrics.
This position would suit someone who enjoys analyzing and ensuring the quality of data. The Sales Administrator will collaborate closely with various departments to build sales reporting portfolios, assist sales commission management of both internal sales teams and external partners, and assist in the seamless onboarding of new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales reporting requirements
- Ongoing delivery of sales commissions process for internal sales teams and partner programme incentives
- Own the inputs and data quality of our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Purchase order and customer quote management
- Assisting in the onboarding of new customers
- Analysing data sets using Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI
About You:
You will require a strong skill set in reporting and be comfortable with analysing and interpreting large data sets in a logical way. Experience in Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI would be advantageous. You will need to be comfortable working collaboratively across functions both internally and externally. Time management, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a proactive approach with excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
