About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Health Economics and Operations to join our team at G&J Lee Recruitment. As a key member of our boutique HEOR Consultancy company, you will be responsible for leading modelling and HTA projects, managing a small team of 6 people, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of health economists and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development and delivery of HTA and modelling projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely completion.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective project management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in health economics and operations, with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering projects.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Education: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as health economics or a related discipline.
