Job Title: Support Worker - Bank/Casual

We are recruiting for Support Workers in Caithness to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns, or dementia with their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with their daily routines, including personal care and activities
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support
