Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Business Acumen
- Strong sales and business acumen, with the ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Leadership and Teamwork
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to guide and support team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
