Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
