About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Page Personnel Finance as a Payroll Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in processing and managing payroll transactions with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately and timely process payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and company payroll requirements.
  • Payroll Compliance: Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for payroll reconciliations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll Support: Address payroll-related queries from staff in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Payroll Reporting: Assist in the preparation of year-end reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function, identifying areas for process enhancement.
Requirements
  • Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding and knowledge of payroll processes, including regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll Software: Proficiency in using payroll software, with ability to learn new systems.
  • Numerical Skills: Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security, adhering to company policies and procedures.
