EMEA Payroll Manager

The EMEA Payroll Manager position is a critical role within CSL, responsible for overseeing payroll processing for large volumes and complex payrolls across multiple entities. As the key point of contact and subject matter expert, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with payroll leads to ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for payroll-related matters, responding to complex employee queries and providing expert guidance.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure country-specific compliance is in place, reviewing and approving payrolls across EMEA regions.
- Identify and implement process improvements within assigned payrolls, working closely with the Global Payroll Process Lead.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with finance, regulatory, and audit reporting requirements.
- Review and ensure adherence to payroll policies and procedures, ensuring a standardized approach across all payrolls.
- Collaborate with the Global Payroll Process Lead to define payroll requirements for projects and enhancements, performing user acceptance testing and documenting results.
- Ensure CSL meets all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, managing the BAU team's activities and developing the team to meet service level agreements and targets.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Accounting, or Diploma in Payroll.
- 5-8 years of experience in leading a payroll team and managing team members across different locations.
- Strong payroll team management experience.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and engagement.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent process management and business process analysis competencies.
