Global Payroll Specialist

Portfolio Payroll is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Lead to join their team in the Liverpool area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on international payroll legislation, particularly in the USA, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the team with escalated payroll queries and provide expert advice on international payroll matters.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Troubleshoot current issues and areas of development, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Produce regular reports for senior management, highlighting key payroll trends and areas for optimization.
- Proven experience in international payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll functions in multiple countries.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience of collaborating with different departments and stakeholders, with a strong focus on communication and teamwork.
- Knowledge of automation and continuous improvement, with experience of system migration and implementation.
