Te tūranga | The role:
We're seeking a Customer Specialist to join our friendly team in Nelson. As a Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of banking queries and requests from customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our digital and self-service channels.
This is a part-time position working 30 hours a week.
