Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective stock management and visual merchandising.

Personnel Management/Staff Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

Administrative Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the concession, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of stock.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
