About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized makeup services, and promoting our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a unique and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create an exceptional customer experience while selling our products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create in-store events and achieve high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Empower customers with the skill and know-how to be the best version of themselves, promoting our brand values and products.

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry.
  • Possess a passion for people and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Confident in speaking to customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
