About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bentalls. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized makeup consultations, and showcasing our market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on makeup and skincare products to customers
- Conduct personalized makeup consultations to enhance customers' natural beauty
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup and skincare trends and products

Requirements
- Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
- Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- While is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
