Role Overview:
As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for the implementation of an engaging Early Years program, creating a fun and nurturing atmosphere for children aged 4 to 5 years. Your role will involve leading structured activities in sports, arts, and crafts, ensuring adherence to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of a dynamic and enjoyable program for young children, ensuring compliance with EYFS guidelines.
- Design and facilitate quality activities that promote participation and development among children.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Early Years staff to deliver exceptional childcare.
- Act as the primary contact for parents, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

- Collaborate with the Camp Manager to enhance the welfare and safety of children in your care.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education with relevant experience.
- Proven ability to engage children through play and structured activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with confidence in leading groups.
- Comprehensive understanding of EYFS and its application in a camp setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in customer service and parent interactions.
- Proactive team player with adaptability to changing situations.
- A passion for working with children and a desire to develop a career in childcare.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience managing a group of children independently.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
