Early Years Programme Coordinator

At Ultimate Activity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Programme Coordinator to join our team. As an Early Years Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring that all activities and sessions are engaging, enjoyable, and meet the needs of our young participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Early Years activities and sessions, tailored to the needs of our participants.
  • Oversee the planning and preparation of Early Years programme content, ensuring that it meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Work closely with the Camp Manager to ensure that all Ofsted requirements are met and that the welfare of our participants is prioritized.
  • Supervise and support a team of Early Years staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
  • Experience of working with children and delivering activities, with the ability to tailor the delivery and structure of a session according to age and ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
