What We're Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Customer Arrears Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with early arrears customers and third parties regarding mortgage payment difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and third parties to resolve mortgage payment difficulties
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Meet performance targets and KPIs
What You'll Get

Location
This role is based in the UK and is open to remote working. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
